Please Note: Times shown on availability calendar are estimates for booking purposes only. Balloon flights usually take place within two hours of dawn and around two hours before dusk, as this is when the thermals are most stable. Actual departure time will be provided when you make your specific date reservation.
48 Hours Minimum Advance Booking Required. It is strongly suggested you book more than one week in advance of your preferred flight date to have the best chance of your flight being confirmed. Purchase is for vouchers valid for 12 months from the date of purchase for flights to allow a full flying season (April - October). After receiving your voucher, you will then make a specific reservation for your flight date. Rates are per person in US dollars. There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Though you will enter a date and approximate time during the booking process, you are actually purchasing an E-Ticket for an "open" date and you will be provided contact information on your E-Ticket to telephone for making your specific date reservation. Flights are available April through October and your open date E-Ticket will be valid for up to 12 months from date of purchase.
Restrictions
- Minimum age is 7 and minimum height is 4 feet 6 inches. Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Passengers must not fly if they are suffering from any significant medical condition or have recently undergone surgery. A doctor's certificate may be required.
- Passengers must not fly if they are pregnant.
- Passengers must not fly if they are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
- In the interests of safety and operational requirements - passengers whose declared weight exceeds 250 lbs cannot fly.
- Smoking is not permitted within 50 meters (164 ft) of any part of the balloon or on board.
